Explain whether the issue happens during installation, number connection, sending, receiving, campaigns, templates or subscription.
Include screenshots, approximate time, error message and expected result. Do not send passwords, tokens or API keys.
Use the Bitrix24 app installation flow. After authorization, the app finishes installation, saves the portal context and prepares the required placements.
Open Whats-SE from the left menu, go to Settings and create a new instance. When applicable, scan the QR code from WhatsApp linked devices.
In the management area, select the instance/channel and use the conversation list to view history, send text and send files.
When the operation needs separate brands, branches or queues, checkout lets you add extra numbers with adjustable quantity and a discount on the selected plan.
Advanced plans can enable templates, campaigns, segments and automations. Meta templates require proper configuration and follow Meta approval.
The Subscription tab shows trial status, active subscription, payment issues and checkout or Stripe portal options when available.
