Technical mechanism used for WhatsApp instances/channels. In the initial plans, the operation is guided by Sales Engine.
Cloudflare and infrastructure
Support delivery, security, hosting and availability of the public service.
n8n and AI
Can be added by scope for automations and assisted service, without being part of the base plans.
Important note for Start and Business customers
In the first two plans, the customer does not need their own VPS, does not need to manually install Evolution API and does not need advanced Evolution knowledge to start. Sales Engine guides or manages the structure according to the plan.
- Do not promise independence from Meta or Bitrix24 policies.
- Do not include Meta conversation/template costs in the base subscription.
- Do not treat n8n, AI or customizations as included features without approved scope.
