Installation and usage documentation

A public guide covering the real Whats-SE flow: Bitrix24 installation, management area, number connection, messages, templates, campaigns, subscription and uninstall.

Bitrix24 installation flow

  1. Install and authorize. The Bitrix24 portal opens the app installer, sends the OAuth context and completes the Bitrix24 installation finish method.
  2. Automatic provisioning. The backend creates or finds the tenant, saves authorized tokens, registers connector, placements and events.
  3. 20-day trial. The licensing service creates the evaluation period for the tenant when applicable.
  4. Whats-SE menu. The user opens the management area from the Bitrix24 left menu.
  5. First instance. In Settings, the user creates or connects the WhatsApp number according to the plan and channel type.

What the app registers in Bitrix24

The current provisioning registers the items required to operate inside Bitrix24 without manual setup by the final customer.

Main usage

Conversations

The management area lists conversations by instance and allows operational history follow-up.

Messages and files

The user can send text and files, with phone normalization and result logging in history.

CRM

The tab in CRM entities helps resolve recipients and open Whats-SE in record context.

Meta templates

Official instances can use the Meta template area when the backend is configured for it.

Campaigns

Advanced plans can use segments, campaigns and automations connected to Bitrix24 business rules.

Subscription

The Subscription tab checks license status, trial, checkout and management portal.

Uninstall

The app has an ONAPPUNINSTALL handler. When Bitrix24 reports data cleanup, the backend removes the local tenant and deletes the license. Without cleanup, the license is canceled and operational data may be preserved according to the terms and privacy policy.
