Whats-SE connects WhatsApp channels to Bitrix24 to centralize service, sent and received messages, files, history and commercial operations in a CRM-connected environment.
Getting startedDo I need my own VPS to start?
Not in the Start and Business plans. These plans are designed to be guided by Sales Engine and do not require the customer to install or manage their own VPS.
Bitrix24 installationHow does installation happen in Bitrix24?
The app uses the Bitrix24 installer, saves the authorized portal context, registers placements, connector, events and starts a 20-day trial when applicable.
Bitrix24 installationWhat appears inside Bitrix24 after installation?
The app adds a Whats-SE area in the left menu, an entry in Contact Center and CRM record tabs to open conversations linked to the commercial context.
WhatsApp connectionDo I need to know Evolution API?
No for the initial plans. The technical structure is guided or managed by Sales Engine according to the contracted plan.
Plans and billingHow is the subscription charged?
The subscription is processed by Stripe. The app has a Subscription tab inside Bitrix24 to view status, start checkout and open the management portal when available.
Bitrix24 permissionsWhy does the app request CRM permissions?
Because the app needs to recognize contacts, companies, leads and deals to link conversations, resolve recipients and support commercial automations.
