1. Who we are
Sales Engine Tecnologia Ltda. ("Sales Engine", "we") operates the AIX24 application, an AI integration for the Bitrix24 platform. This document describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) Account data: name, email, and billing information provided at sign-up; (b) Usage data: interaction logs, agent configurations, and performance metrics; (c) CRM data: only Bitrix24 records you explicitly authorize during agent setup; (d) Payment data: processed directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card data.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve the AIX24 service; process subscriptions and billing via Stripe; train and operate the AI agent per your configuration; send transactional communications (confirmations, invoices, system alerts); comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Third-party AI models
AIX24 integrates AI models from third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other compatible models). Conversation data may be processed by those providers' servers to generate responses. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the AI providers you configure. Sales Engine does not store message content beyond the period necessary to process each response.
5. Payment processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Sales Engine receives only transaction tokens, never raw card data. Stripe may retain payment data under their own Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account closure, your data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ('right to be forgotten'); restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact: privacy@salesengine.ai.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous security monitoring. In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we will notify relevant supervisory authorities and affected individuals as required by applicable law.
