Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By subscribing to or using AIX24, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you represent a company, you warrant you have authority to bind it to these terms.
2. The service
AIX24 is a SaaS application that connects AI models to the Bitrix24 platform, enabling automated customer service via open channels, CRM updates, and other automation workflows. The service is provided 'as is' and may be updated periodically.
3. Plans and payment
Start, Basic, and Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for already-billed periods, except as required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: use AIX24 to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; process data that violates third-party rights; reverse-engineer the application; resell the service without express written authorization; use the service for illegal activities or in violation of integrated AI providers' policies.
5. Data and privacy
You are the controller of your Bitrix24 data. Sales Engine acts as a data processor. You must ensure your end users are informed about AI use in customer interactions, as required by applicable law.
6. Availability and SLA
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (communicated 24h in advance) and force majeure events. Credits for downtime exceeding this threshold will be applied to the next invoice upon request.
7. Limitation of liability
Sales Engine's maximum liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months of subscription. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
8. Intellectual property
AIX24 and all its components are the property of Sales Engine. You retain all rights to your data and the prompts and configurations you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data as necessary to operate the service.
9. Term and termination
These terms remain in effect while you maintain an active subscription. Sales Engine may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 7 days' notice, except in cases of serious breach where termination may be immediate.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
